Metanoia is a family owned, community based facility based in Brownsville, Texas that promotes wellness in all of its aspects. They have a mindfulness studio where they offer different styles of yoga and meditation classes, and strength, agility, mobility and stability based group training programs. Metanoia believes that nutrition is just as important as everything else in life. Maintaining optimal wellness is key in order to live a healthier quality life.
